Service

Mobile RV generator service

Onan and common RV generators — no-start diagnosis, maintenance, and repair at your location. Sitting kills generators faster than hours.

Active corridor: Montana · Wyoming · Idaho · Washington — case-by-case beyond.

Platforms

Built-in coach units and portables. Onan QG/QD/Marquis (gas and LP) dominate the fleet; Generac, Kohler, NPS (Yamaha-based inverter gens), and portables (Honda, Champion, Westinghouse, and similar) are in scope for diagnosis and field repair.

Service coverage

What we diagnose and fix

No-start diagnosis

Fuel delivery, ignition, choke, starter, and control-board signals — carb fouling and fuel degradation after storage are common.

Surging & unstable output

Carburetor / governor issues that hunt RPM or produce unstable voltage under load.

Overload & shutdown

Low output, failing AVR, brush wear, or circuit overload when A/C comes online.

Oil & fuel service

Oil, air filter, plugs, fuel filter — ethanol-blended fuel left sitting is a primary failure driver.

Brushes, AVR, fault codes

Wear items in the generator head plus Onan fault-code interpretation in context.

Exhaust & mounting

Exhaust leaks are a CO hazard; connections, muffler, and compartment sealing checked on service visits.

Schedules
