An EMS/surge protector that trips even at pedestals that seem to have good power is doing exactly what it's designed to do — catching wiring faults (open ground, reversed polarity, etc.) that aren't obvious without proper testing equipment. It's frustrating in the moment but it's protecting your entire electrical system from real damage. Some campground pedestals genuinely have bad wiring more often than people expect. What fault code is the EMS actually showing?
