This website is operated by United Mobile RV LLC ("UMRT," "we," "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms. Service pricing, availability, and service-area information is provided for planning purposes and is confirmed at time of booking — quoted trip fees and diagnostic fees are estimates until confirmed for your specific job.

Community forum

The forum is a free community space for RVers, vanlifers, and related discussion. By signing in and posting, you agree to:

Post your own content and opinions, not impersonate others, and not post spam, scams, illegal content, harassment, or material that infringes someone else's rights. Understand that new posts and replies are automatically screened by an AI moderation tool before being held for or cleared from human review, and that we may remove content or suspend/ban accounts at our discretion, without prior notice, for violating these terms.

Content you post remains yours, but by posting publicly you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the forum. You're responsible for what you post — advice shared by other community members (including us, when we participate) is offered in good faith but is not a substitute for an in-person diagnosis, and we're not liable for outcomes from DIY work based on forum discussion.

No warranty

This site and forum are provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of either.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site and forum evolve. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
