Antenna placement for best cell reception

Cell antenna placement makes a bigger difference than people expect — higher is generally better (roof mount beats a window-mounted antenna), and keeping distance from other antennas (Starlink, WiFi) reduces interference between systems. Orientation matters less for omnidirectional antennas but matters a lot for directional ones aimed at a specific tower. Is this for a booster system or a router with an external antenna?
