weBoost: no boost / keeps cutting out
Outdoor RF and antenna isolation first — boosters don’t invent signal from zero.
United Mobile RV is a weBoost Authorized Installer. If indoor bars never improve, either the donor hears nothing usable or oscillation is forcing AGC to slam gain down.
Quick path
- Measure usable outdoor signal at the donor antenna location (no outdoor RF = no honest boost).
- Increase indoor/outdoor antenna separation; remove line-of-sight between them.
- Check coax damage, loose connectors, and power/fuse/polarity at the amp.
- Watch for oscillation symptoms: amp throttling, worse performance than no booster.
- Retest after travel — vibration moves antennas and connectors.
